Remove unwanted users from Vista system parental controls

Microsoft's "Parental Control" feature, added to the WINDOSW Vista system, is largely useless for Chinese users. The most troubling is that once you use parental control, the system-generated user account is not easily deleted. Not that this user is "stubborn", I mean, it's hard to find the option to delete a user.

Login to Vista system, access Control Panel, when you double-click user accounts, you will find that only the account that is logged in as an administrator in the dialog box (Figure 1), you must click on the "Manage Other Accounts" button, and then see the user account generated by using parental controls (Figure 2).
