2. Party B shall not convert the deposit into the house rent under any circumstances;
3. During the lease period, Party A shall ensure the normal residence of Party B, and shall not sublease (sell) the house rented by Party B to any third party; or increase the rent during the lease period;
4. If Party B needs to continue using the service after the lease term expires, Party A shall propose one month in advance, and Party A may give priority under the same conditions as the actual situation;
5. If either party A or Party B needs to terminate the agreement under special circumstances within the lease term, the Parties shall notify the other party one month in advance and terminate the agreement after negotiation;
6. Party B shall keep the surrounding environment clean and tidy for fire prevention and theft prevention. Party B shall be fully liable for any accident;
7. party B shall not change the Indoor structure without authorization, and shall cherish the use of the indoor facilities. If man-made damage occurs, Party A shall be compensated accordingly. in the event of natural damage, Party A shall be notified in a timely manner and cooperate with Party A for timely repair.

4. For other unfinished matters, Party A and Party B shall negotiate and resolve the matter. The negotiation fails to be handled in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations or submitted to the relevant arbitration authority for arbitration.
This agreement is in triplicate. Each Party A and Party B shall hold one copy, and the signature shall take effect immediately.
