I've often encountered a situation where the Word document has been entered, a value has changed, and all the same values in the document have to be changed, usually by using the edit/Replace command, but this method is an afterthought and a hassle. It is best to be able to change the other repeating characters automatically during the input process when some fixed characters have changed. The author concludes the following two kinds of methods:
First, the definition of bookmark law
Enter the relevant values and text (such as "profit over the same period of 70%") into the Word document, then select this particular string, execute the Insert/bookmark command, open the Bookmark dialog box, enter a name that is easy to understand (such as "replace percent"), and then press the "Add" key. The dialog box is automatically closed.
When you need to enter this entry later, perform the Insert/reference/Cross-Reference command. Open the Cross-Reference dialog box, press the Drop-down button to the right of reference type, select the Bookmark option, and then in the list below, select the name of the bookmark you want, determine what reference is bookmark text, and then click Insert Button can
After performing these operations, if you want to modify the relevant values, such as "profit than the same period of growth 70%" we only need to change the original data (that is, the definition of the book signed the data), and then press the "CTRL + a" key to select the full text, and then click F9 function The same number will be changed later, more convenient, accurate and efficient.
Second, the selective pasting method
Enter the Word document with the specific characters you want, such as "profit over a year-on-year increase of 70%", and then select this particular character to perform a copy operation. Then set the cursor where you want to enter this entry again, perform the edit/paste by command, open the Paste as Link option (other options do not need to change), and make sure you return. Repeat this operation until all relevant values and text input are completed
Follow the steps of the method one later, you can update the data!
Tips: These two ways to support the original data to delete, if you want to add text or data on the original data, it is not.
