Report tool stimulsoft reports

In. NET development usually involves report development. We usually use report tools to quickly generate reports. The most common reporting tools are Crystal Reports and stimusoft reports. Below we take stimulsoft reports as an example, create a quick report generation tutorial and import the crystal report to stimulsoft reports.

Create a master-slave report now:
Open vs2012 and find the stimulsoft reports control.
1. Run the designer
2. Connect to the database
2.1 create a new connection
2.2 create a new data source
3. Create a relationship between data sources
4. Put two databands on a one-page report template.
5. Edit databand1 and databand2
6. Define a data source for databand, and define a Master Control
7. Fill in the Data Relationship property of databand, that is, the detail control
8. Put the text control with expressions in the Data band. Expressions are a reference data field.
9. Edit the text and text box controls:
9.1 drag the text control in databands
9.2 Modify text font parameters: size, type, color
9.3 align the height and width of the text Control
9.4 change the background of a text Control
9.5 align text in text Control
9.6 change the property value of the text Control
9.7 Add a border for the text control as needed
9.8 change border color
10. Click Preview or call viewer. Press F5 or Click Preview menu item.
11. Return to the Report Template
12. Add other bands to the report template as needed
13. edit these bands:
13.1 aligned height
13.2 change the attribute value as needed
13.3 change bands background
13.4 Add a border as needed
13.5 set the border color
14. Put the text control with expressions into these bands. The expression of the text control is the header of headerband, And the footer is in footerband.
15. edit text and text box controls:

Add style:
1. Return to the Report Template
2. Select databand
3. Change the attribute value of the base style or even style. If the values of these attributes are not set, select Edit style on the Attribute Value List and use the style designer to create a new style.
Click the style button to create a new style. Select a component from the drop-down menu. Set the brush. color attribute to change the background color of the row.
4. to present the report, click preview or call viewer, press F5 or Click Preview menu item.

If you select databand1, the main component of the master-slave report, you can change the values of the odd and even style attributes. In this case, the color of the replaced row can only be applied to the primary entry.
