Tool: Cross taper, tweezers
1. Unplug the power supply and battery to prevent short circuits.
2. Turn the computer over, remove the two screws in the middle of the back, and open the lid. The following are the memory slots and wireless Nic slots. Remove the memory first, with both hands to the two sides of the memory Two buckle, remove the memory, and then remove the wireless network card antenna, the same way as the removal of the memory to remove the wireless network card. We can see that the memory of this machine is DDR 333 in South Asia, and the wireless network card is Intel 2200bg. When installing such a card, you should note that the memory or wireless network card is now in a 30-degree angle with the notebook, and then press down to hear the sound to indicate that the installation is complete.
3. Unscrew the screw on the top left of the back and remove the lid. There is a hard disk in it. When you go to the hard disk, note that there is a plastic clip at the bottom of the hard disk that can be pulled, grab it and drag it back to unload the hard disk, which is a Hitachi, 40 Gb low-speed hard disk.
4. Unscrew the two screws on the right of the back and remove the lid. the CPU and CPU heat dissipation modules are inside. We can see that the heat generated by the CPU is sent out of the copper heat pipe, and then the hot air is sent out through the fan, here we can remove the CPU fan first, and then remove the heat pipe, which screw should be split first because the heat pipe is pressed on the CPU? Don't follow the proper direction or follow the proper direction (there will be an Asus fragment sticker on the screw here, please note ), to avoid crushing the CPU, remove the two and then split the CPU. The trick is to use the prominent part on the side of the Heat Sink module to unscrew the screws on the CPU seat, instead of using special tools.
5. In this step, we need to split the screen module, remove all the screws behind and all the screws close to the back, and use the taper or tweezers to remove the lid in the middle of the back, the camera line and screen line are exposed, and the two cables are unplugged. The idea is that there is a screw next to the two cables to fix them. You must remove the screws. Pull out the antenna of the wireless network card and then remove the entire screen module.

7. Remove the two screws with K next to the screw hole on the back and turn the notebook back to the front. There are some bayonet ports in the upper part of the keyboard. use tweezers to pull the keyboard up with the right hand side of these bayonet ports, you can remove the keyboard, remove all the screws under the keyboard, and unplug the cables of the keyboard and motherboard, as well as the cables of the touchpad and motherboard. Check whether there are unsplit screws on the back of the laptop and remove all the screws that can be seen. In this way, you can easily remove the top case
8 Remove the screws of the motherboard and the chassis, unplug the Speaker and the motherboard to remove the motherboard. The idea is that when installing the motherboard, you also have a trick: first install the Three audio interfaces in place and put them down to the motherboard, so that the entire motherboard will be smoothly mounted to the base shell.
9. Buckle the pad on the screen, screw down the following screw, and buckle the front frame of the screen from the inside of the screen with your hand. Then the high-voltage board appears and remove the screw at the screen axis, after the LCD and high voltage board are unplugged, the LCD can be removed. After the LCD, we can see the full screen line. The LCD panel of this machine comes from qomei. Generally, the screen is dark or the screen is flashing. We should first exclude the high-voltage panel and the screen line, after removing the LCD, you can see the complete camera line behind the laptop shell.
