DMT (Design maturity Test) Maturity verification
Can be performed at the same time as DVT, the MTBF of the test product under the main limit conditions (Mean between Failure), HALT (High Accelerated Life Test) & HASS (High accelerated Stress screen) is an effective method to test the potential defects of a product.
MVT (mass-production Verification test) Production verification test
Verify the high-volume consistency of the product at mass production, verified by DQA.
PVT (production/process verification test) production/process validation testing phase
This phase of the product design to complete, all design verification also to end, and finally only to do the amount of prenatal verification, to determine the factory has a way to follow the standard operating procedures to make the original design of the product.
MP (Mass Production) mass production
After all of the above testing stage, the factory can be a large number of production of the design, in theory to enter the production stage, all the design and production should be without any omissions and errors, to become the official market products.
