To deal with this problem, after some research has found that there are 2 ways:
Method One:
Find PHP.ini Search These 3 places upload_max_filesize, Memory_limit and Post_max_size
It would be nice to change the value behind them to the size of the database you need to import.
Then restart the PHP environment.
Method Two: Take Phpmyadmin-3.1.0-all-languages as an example, my installation directory E:\wwwroot\phpMyAdmin\
1. Create a new directory upload in the phpMyAdmin directory.
2. Open phpMyAdmin, find E:\wwwroot\phpMyAdmin\config.sample.inc.php file, find and modify to $cfg [' uploaddir '] = "upload"; then click Save.
Then open the E:\wwwroot\phpMyAdmin\libraries\config.default.php file and find it and modify it to $cfg [' uploaddir '] = "upload"; then click Save.
3. Use FTP to upload the SQL files that need to be imported to phpmyadmin/upload/
4. Visit phpMyAdmin, click Import (Import), will appear to select the file on the Server drop-down box, select just use FTP upload SQL files. Perfect solution to this.
After the last open http://www.xx.com/phpmyadmin/login, click Import to see.
