I tried a lot of methods, finally found a successful solution, want to solve Win10 push problem can try.
The first step:
Check to see if an update patch is installed
Windows 7 SP1 needs to be installed: kb3035583,kb2952664
Windows 8.1 update needs to be installed: kb3035583,kb2976978
Run Run command prompt (administrator), enter
Dism/online/get-packages | Findstr 3035583
To check if the update package is installed (note the space when entering), which appears
C:\>dism/online/get-packages | Findstr 3035583
Package identity:package_for_kb3035583~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.3.1.29
Proof that the KB3035585 update package is installed
And then continue
Dism/online/get-packages | Findstr 2976978
The package identity is still present, stating that the KB2976978 Update pack is also installed
Note: Win8 users need to check the KB2976978 update, Win7 user please check the KB2952664 update, that is
Dism/online/get-packages | Findstr 2952664
Step Two:
If you are sure that the patch is installed perform the following actions
REG ADD "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows Nt\currentversion\appcompatflags\upgradeexperienceindicators"/V upgex/t REG_SZ/D green/f
%systemroot%\system32\gwx\gwx.exe/tasklaunch
Command prompt to run this, the WIN10 push icon will be displayed directly.
