This issue belongs to the archive log full.
Workaround:
Sql> select * from V$flash_recovery_area_usage;

Note: As you can see, the Archivelog log has reached 99.9%. Get rid of it!
Sql> quit
C:\Documents and Settings\administrator>rman
Rman> Connect Target SYSTEM/MYORACLE@ORCL
Note: System is an Oracle user, MyOracle is the Oracle user password, and ORCL is the database name SID for the connection.
Rman> crosscheck Archivelog All;
rman> Delete expired Archivelog all;
Note: Delete an expired archive
This will remove the archive file. Then enter Sqlplus to view archivelog log usage.

The second method is to increase the maximum size of the flashback log file. As follows:
Alter system set DB_RECOVERY_FILE_DEST_SIZE=10G

The above processing method is encountered when the log is filled with error processing, it is advisable to do a task, delete the log regularly, as follows:
DELETE ARCHIVELOG all completed before ' SYSDATE-7 '; Delete archive seven days ago
DELETE ARCHIVELOG from time ' SYSDATE-7 '; Delete archive from seven days to the present

Create a new BAT file on the database server (file name is arbitrary) edit this file as: Rman target ' sys/password ' cmdfile ' d:\cmd.txt '--Here the path, the file name arbitrarily in the command in the corresponding path under the new Cmd.txt file, Open edit this file, DELETE ARCHIVELOG all completed before ' SYSDATE-7 '; Then add a task to the Windows scheduled task to specify that the bat file be executed on a daily schedule.
