For users who install Office 2010 from an Office 2007 upgrade or install Office 2010 after you uninstall Office 2007, if you previously set the default Word document save format in Word 2007 as Word 2003 document Format (. doc), the compatibility mode Word document is created by default when you create a new document in Word 2010, as shown in Figure 2011120403.

In Word 2010, even setting the default save format to. docx format still does not solve the problem, as shown in Figure 2011120404.

The user can try to remove the Word 2010 Default template file To resolve, taking the WINDOWS7 system as an example, as described in the following procedure:
Step 1th, close the word 2010 software, open the current System User folder window, click the organization → folder and search Options command, as shown in Figure 2011120405.
