(Resolved) copy the dll file to another project. No compilation error is reported. The running error "failed to Load file or assembly..." is reported ..."

Failed to Load file or assembly "jutility, version = 1.0.0.0, culture = neutral, publickeytoken = NULL" or one of its dependencies. Attackers try to load programs with incorrect format.

 

Note the target platform generated by the DLL: Right-click Project-generate-target platform, and change the target platform of the project that references this DLL to be consistent with the target platform of the Development DLL.

According to the introduction of CLR via C #, the compatibility between any CPU and x86 is the best. The default value is any CPU. I am a 64-bit system and generally select x86, the following x64 and itanium can only run in 64-bit systems.
