Resource is out of sync with the file system

In STS, when you start run on server or view the project file, an error is returned:
Resource is out of sync with the file system :....

This is a problem where file systems are not synchronized because resources in the project are modified outside eclipse or mycelipse (or files are modified between different systems). However, sometimes a similar error is reported if the modification is not performed in eclipse or mycelipse.
Solution: manually refresh the resource manager.
(1) In eclipse or mycelipse, right-click the project directory and select F5 (refresh)
(2) Set eclipse or mycelipse to automatically refresh.
Choose WINDOW> preferences> General> workspace and select refresh automatically.
