The current situation is that only the Warehouse files are available, and the recovery is very simple, you only need to reinstall a subversion and modify the configuration of the svn Service startup. Create a BAT file under the svn installation path/bin/directory. The content is as follows:

SC create SVN binpath = "C: \ Program Files \ subversion \ bin \ svnserve.exe -- service-R D: \ SVN" depend = TCPIP start = auto
SC start SVN
Pause

Among them, D: \ SVN is your legacy SVN library. Just double-click bat and register it to the service. Delete the service: SC Delete servicename.
