1. Dare to think

Jump out and think about what you want to do and how to do the best. Don't think about it first. The company will not allow it. You must understand that the company's goal is to make profits and maximize profits. Others are restricted to ensure the goal. If you can better help the company achieve the goal, then the rule is not a rule.

So don't think too much about the restrictions. There are too many situations and you have to think about them. This is the first step and the most important thing. The most sad thing about employees is that they have no idea, this is also the most terrible thing.

The 3G principle of employees follows the 2B principle of leadership. No attack (BU), do not conflict (BU ).

2. No conflict
