Function: identifies a location for location update and judgment.

Mobile Network number (MNC -- Mobile

Location zone number (Lac -- location
Area code): 2 bytes

7. International mobile device identification code (IMEI ):
Function: identifies the number of a mobile device (me) and is unique.
Structure:
IMEI = TAC + FAC + SNR + SP (15 digits)
The TAC model approval code is assigned by the European model approval center with the first two country codes
The final assembly code of FAC indicates that the factory or the final assembly location is encoded by the manufacturer.
The SNR serial number uniquely identifies each TAC and FAC mobile device

8. Global Community ID (CGI ):
Function: uniquely identifies a cell. It is used to distinguish different cells.
