Rust Replace crates Source

Rust sometimes uses the official source too slowly, and may consider replacing the source of domestic Zhong Ke. The replacement method is as follows:

In $HOME/.cargo/config, add the following:

[Source.crates-io]
Replace-with = ' USTC '

[SOURCE.USTC]
registry = "Git://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/crates.io-index"

If you are not allowed to use the GIT protocol in your environment, you can change the above address to:

Registry = "Https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/crates.io-index"
