If a paper jam occurs on the machine, open it and close the front cover. The stuck paper will automatically exit the printer.

 

If the stuck paper does not exit, follow these steps:

1. Open the back cover.

2. As shown in the figure, press the pressure bar on both sides and open the internal cover.

 

3. Gently pull the paper from the tray.

Note: to avoid tearing the paper, please drag the paper easily.

 

4. Close the inner cover, as shown in the figure, and then push the pressure lever back to the initial position.

 

5. Close the back cover and the printing will be automatically restored.

If the machine has an internal paper jam, open it and close the front cover. The stuck paper will automatically exit the printer.

1. Open the paper exit panel.
