Samsung inkjet fax machine SF-371P printing stains or handwriting black, how to solve

Example:The printed files are full of stains or handwriting.

Original cause:The ink cartridge is dirty.

The solution is as follows:

1. Wipe the ink cartridge nozzle and contacts.

 
1. Press the change cartridge key on the control panel.

 

2. Open the control panel and cartridge hatch, and then retrieve the cartridge.

3. Use a clean wet cloth to gently wipe the copper area of the ink cartridge, including the dry ink on the nozzle and contacts. To better dissolve the dry ink, cover the wet cloth on the nozzle for about three seconds.

 

4. After the wipe is complete, reinstall the cartridge and close the hatch and control panel. (Click here for instructions on installing ink cartridges .)

2. Clean the contact of the cartridge holder.

1. Press the change cartridge key on the control panel.

 

2. Open the control panel and cartridge hatch, and then retrieve the cartridge.

3. Dial the power cord from the power plug-in at the back end of the fax machine.

4. Use a clean dry cloth to clean the contacts of the cartridge holder.

 

5. Insert the power cord and reinstall the cartridge.

 

After completing the above operations, the print effect can be restored. If the problem persists, replace the new ink cartridge.
