When the toner cartridge is about to reach its service life:
1. White stripes are printed, the handwriting fades, and the density on both sides is different.
2. The status LEDs flash in red.
3. Information related to toner may be displayed on the screen, notifying you that Toner is about to run out.
After the above situation occurs, you can shake the remaining toner in the toner cartridge to temporarily improve the printing quality. The operation is as follows:
Notes for shaking Toner:
1. Open the front door and pull out the toner cartridge.
2. Shake the toner box 5 to 6 times.
3. Hold the upper hand of the toner cartridge, slowly insert the toner cartridge into the opening of the printer, and then push it back to the toner cartridge.
4. Close the front door.
If the printing effect cannot be improved after the above operations, we recommend that you replace the new toner cartridge.
