Our robots are different from our products. Basically, they are non-standard and customized based on different users. They are basically newly developed, so they have not been honed for a long time. A common phenomenon has recently been found. That is, we tend to be good in the debugging process. But at the crucial moment-when leaders or foreign guests visit, machines will be like the magic at that time, and such problems will occur. You must know that no matter how many problems the leaders encounter, it is not a small problem. This "Crazy Man" phenomenon is no longer a single time or two times.
To sum up, we can avoid the phenomenon of leader or foreign guests and machines being "crazy" in the development stage. I think there are several points worth considering:
1. Before the leaders or foreign guests come, all preparations must be done in place. It is best to follow the demo process in advance. Just like a concert, rehearsals are required before the performances. After the leaders or foreign guests arrive, they must follow the rehearsals strictly.Program. Otherwise, it is prone to exceptions. Once, we rehearsed the robot system according to a specific path before the foreign guests came. However, one of our colleagues had another path after the foreign guests arrived. As a result, the robot was stuck by a very hidden obstacle on the ground of the path, causing a painful lesson of burning the motor.
2. Once the rehearsal is complete, do not change the system at will. For example, if one of the items in the rehearsal process is not satisfactory, the performance can be improved by modifying the parameters. This approach is often fatal. On the surface, it may change the performance of a certain item, but it may lead to other problems, which may be a small problem or a big problem. On one occasion, we thought the robot was a little slow before the leaders came, so we adjusted the speed. However, after the leader came, the battery was in the optimal power supply status because it was just started, resulting in a much faster speed, resulting in robot exit. Fortunately, after the robot is adjusted again, the system returns to normal and there is no longer a derailment.
3. If you often want to receive foreign guests, you must have a very skilled demo program and someone familiar with it. You must take me as the primary account and cannot follow the requirements of the leaders or foreign guests. Unless you have already demonstrated it in advance, it is extremely prone to problems.
