Workaround:
Add the SCCM computer object to the SQL local Administrators group, where SQL is installed on the ad computer, so use the following method: Open ad Users and Computers, select the SCCM computer name in the Computers list, right-click Properties, and under member of tab, add the Administrators group "Administrators".
