If you have managed a local virtual machine in VMM, you can use this feature to perform some very basic operations on Azure instances without leaving the VMM console. You can:
? Use the VMM console to add and remove one or more Azure subscriptions.
? See a list view that contains details and status for all role instances in all deployments in this subscription.
? Manually refresh the list of instances.
? perform basic operations on an instance: Start, stop, shut down, restart, connect via RDP.
