First, check the hard disk appearance and circuit board.

Step 2: power off the hard disk (this time it is not connected to the data line). In this way, the circuit board is faulty. After power-on, the diagnosed hard disk can be searched normally without abnormal sound. Circuit Board power supply is normal.

2. Run pci3000 and turn on the power of pc3000. The BSY and DSC lights are displayed, as shown in Figure 5:

The diagnosis is as follows: the ID of the Seagate hard disk is lost (the ID of the Seagate hard disk includes the model number, Sn serial number, and capacity, A small part of the disk is damaged. Let's take a look at the information displayed on the terminal, as shown in Figure 6:
