The company has been promoting the P3 EC project management software. I am the main promoter, but the promotion effect is not good in the past two years.

1) promoting ERP is more valuable than promoting P3 EC project management software;
Project management is only part of the ERP function. The basic function of P3 is Progress Management. in highway construction, progress is the most difficult to grasp. If you only consider progress control, you can also use Microsoft's MS Project. Only when resource balance and scheduling are involved, and cost and other factors are taken into account, P3 is more professional than MS Project. However, P3 Project software has the following defects: it cannot be extended to contract management, construction equipment management, material (including inventory) management, service management, accounting and other functions, exp contract management software related to P3 is not highly integrated with P3 because it is a purchased product. Although the poweron products developed by Shanghai puhua have comprehensive functions, there is still a long gap with the real ERP products. In the construction and construction industry segments (electric power, highways, railways, municipal administration, housing construction, etc) the adaptability needs to be enhanced!

P3 has interfaces with SAP and orcale, which can be found on its website.

2) Prepare sufficient software for purchase and implementation. The installation cost in Fujian is 16 million. We should prepare at least 6 million !!!

3) set up a full-time project team and convert it to a department.

Department-level informatization only produces "information islands" and requires unified planning and support and assistance from consulting institutions.
