When you open Dreamweaver, you can enter text directly in the window. This section first describes the properties panel of the text, and then explains how to wrap and space.

Select the text you want to edit, and you can use the properties version to edit the text properties.

Here's an explanation.

Format is text formatting. The dropdown box that follows has nine options, namely None, Paragraph, Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3, Heading 4, Heading 5, Heading 6, preformatted. None is not formatted, paragraph is a paragraph, Heading 1-6 is the six format of the title, preformatted is preformatted. The principle of preformatted is to tell the browser to display the preformatted content in its original format in the text editor. However, if you add attributes (such as "B", "I") to the preformatted content, Dreamweaver automatically generates HTML code that is not displayed in the Dreamweaver and actually occupies a position. Therefore, the preformatted is not easy to control, it is recommended to use less.
Then the Drop-down selection is the text font. Default font indicates that the browser defaults are used, and the default font for Chinese browsers is generally sung. Because we are using Chinese, we need to edit our own list of fonts for the first time. Select the last option in the dropdown box edit Font List ... to pop up a dialog box.

Select a list of existing fonts from the Font list box, choose a font from the Available fonts box, and click the "<<" button to add it to your edited list. Each list can add one or several fonts. It is recommended to add "XXFarEastFont-Arial" first, because the Chinese web pages are generally used in the song body. When the edit is complete, click the OK button.
Size is the font size of the text, followed by the Drop-down selection box with none, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, + 1, 2, 3, +4, +5,, +6,-+7, 1, 2, 3,-4, 5, 6, etc. None indicates the use of the browser default font size (typically 3), with a separate number representing the font size, and the "+" and "-" numbers before the numbers indicate the font size relative to the default font size. For example, 5 indicates a 5th word, and +3 indicates the default font size plus 3,-2 to indicate the default font size minus 2.
Next is the color settings for the text. This can be filled with a hexadecimal RGB color that begins with a #, or fills in a particular English word that represents a color, and also uses a palette.
Then the "B" and "I" two buttons. Clicking the "B" button is to display the selected text in bold, and clicking the "I" button will display the selected text in italics.
The three buttons on the right side of the Properties version are three alignment. is left-aligned, center-aligned, right-aligned.
Text editors also have a format called block references. Once a block reference is used, the range is indented to the position of two characters. Multiple block references can be used for the same text. Clicking on the button at the bottom right of the properties panel is to add a block reference, and clicking the button at the bottom right of the properties panel is the exit block reference.
Another form of text is called a list. There are two kinds of formats that are commonly used in unordered and ordered lists. When you use the list, the text wraps with the ENTER key and automatically adds a small flag or number to the beginning of each line. Click the button below the properties panel for the unordered list, and the button is a sequence table.
The list has more specifics, but it's rarely used in practice, and there's no need to discuss it.


Next is a discussion of the formatting of text wrapping and spaces.
There are two ways to wrap a line with a keyboard. Use the ENTER key or use the Enter+shift key combination. With the ENTER key, the line spacing is larger. A general line break uses the Enter+shift key combination, which is the normal line spacing.
In addition, you can also use the objects surface version directly (if you do not show the CTRL+F2 key eject) common mode. The default mode for the objects surface version is common mode. Click on the icon to change lines, equivalent to using the Enter+shift key combination.
Text spaces of course use the space bar, which is the same as many text editing software, such as word. But the difference is that at each particular location, the spacebar can only be used once.
Spaces can also use the objects surface version of the invisible mode. To switch the objects to this mode, you must first click on the icon above the objects surface Common mode, and then eject the marquee. Select the invisible below, and to insert a space, click the icon on the pattern.
This way of inserting spaces allows you to insert spaces multiple times in the same place, unlike using the SPACEBAR. It should be noted that the spaces added with this method do not see the effect in the Dreamweaver editor, only in a browser preview. Therefore, be sure to note when inserting, and should be previewed at any time.
