When you use Word 2010 to edit a document, you can select text that is similar in format to your needs, that is, to select text content in the current Word document that uses the same formatting or similar formatting. The following steps are described in detail:
Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window, click the file → options command, and so on, as shown in Figure 2012010105.

Step 2nd, open the Word Options dialog box and switch to the Advanced tab. In the Edit Options area, select the Keep formatting tracking check box and click the OK button, as shown in Figure 2012010106.

Tip: If you select the Mark formatting inconsistencies check box when the Keep formatting tracking check box is selected, text with similar formatting but not exactly the same is marked with a blue wavy underline.
