Self-developed lightweight GIF animation recording tool

Although there are already GIF recording tools such as licecap and gifcam on the internet, I still feel that it is not enough for my personal use, so I wrote another one, with relatively simple functions.
GIF recorder supports full-screen recording and regional recording to customize the recording frame rate. Because the recording process and storage are separated, a high frame rate can be achieved. The recorded animation contains the cursor and mouse click records.

Note: the size of the recorded high frame rate GIF may be very large. We recommend that you use GIF movie gear for optimization.
