However, I was told that all the teachers who were here were drinking very quickly. I have to "exercise" within a time limit when I buy a ticket. That environment makes people almost forget the sacred words such as "dedication and dedication", "hard work", and "human soul engineer". I am very confused and confused, is this the rural education that I plan to fight?
In the middle of that year, I did not find a good teacher to learn and respect, nor met a like-minded confidant; I could not talk to my friends, nor had I had an ideal strong book flavor. I am very lonely, and the restless soul in my heart often scream silently. The only consolation for me is that I still teach Chinese classes, and the Chinese education dream has not been completely crushed by the cruel reality. I told myself: I cannot sink into that decadent environment. So, in those cool two hundred days, I insisted on taking every class well and doing my best to make the Chinese beautiful in the eyes of the children, you can use the poems and texts to decorate the children's childhood sky. Deep in the mountains, I used a teacher's educational conscience to express my paleness. In addition to the class, I still hold my favorite literature and books, so that I can read, write, and nourish every day, leaving tens of thousands of words for writing.
That year, despite my colleagues' enthusiasm for "exercise", I was always reluctant to drink, ensuring that I had to read and prepare lessons and write text every day. In the end, I failed to fulfill my colleagues' wish to "exercise" The amount of alcohol. Even in my more than 20 years of education, I never "exercise" The amount of alcohol. 2. Yizhen is also a dream
In October September 1989, I transferred to the middle school of mochang elementary school, that is, the mochang middle school later. I taught junior high school Chinese as a primary school teacher. Despite the challenges, the new environment actually ignited my Chinese education dream. I swear in my heart: I must teach Chinese well.
For the sake of my dream, I carefully studied Chinese textbooks for junior high school students and learned Chinese textbooks for the university. The university teaching materials and junior high school teaching materials are stacked. I often take them to the classroom, so I am confused about teaching the university knowledge for junior high school. In those years, in order to continuously improve their literary accomplishments, I continue to subscribe to contemporary, October, People's Literature, mountain flowers, poetry, and star poetry. In the language class, I lead students to immerse themselves in the thick book fragrance. I hope to use the ink fragrance of books and periodicals to infiltrate the children's growth and use the wisdom of words to enlighten their lives. I liked the basics of reading and writing. However, as a result of teaching, students still have poor Chinese skills and have poor scores. How can we improve the effectiveness of Chinese teaching? I am searching for it. Unfortunately, there was a shortage of specialized books and periodicals in rural schools. before 1994, apart from occasional reading of Bijie education and generous education, I had no access to other educational and teaching books.
In 1994, I went to the sub-School for examination and inspection. For the first time, I got into professional publications such as "People's Education", "middle school Chinese teaching", "middle school Chinese teaching reference", and "Chinese Teaching Communication. I was fascinated by these publications, and I borrowed nearly a hundred Chinese teaching magazines that day. At that time, those magazines really gave me treasure. Every day since then, I have been immersed in the charm of various schools and theories in Chinese teaching, perceiving the wisdom of teachers in education, and sharing their thoughts on Chinese education, from previous fascination with literature to infatuation with Chinese teaching. I feel quite happy with other professional books and books that seem boring to me. Since then, I have subscribed to books and periodicals, and have also switched from literature publications to Chinese teaching publications, he has subscribed to professional publications such as "Chinese teaching in middle school", "Chinese teaching reference", and "Chinese Teaching Communication" for several years. In 1994-1997 years, due to the extensive introduction of others' experiences and achievements, Chinese teaching has been continuously injected with fresh blood, and students prefer my lessons, the effect of the senior high school entrance exam is close to the highest level in the county. Although there are still a lot of confusions in Chinese education, the education field of view has been broadened, and I prefer Chinese education from the heart.
In 1995, in order to present my children a work platform, I obtained support from the modem farm education counseling station and founded the Oil print newspaper "modem farm education". I will review, edit, edit, and typeset the report by myself, and I will also manually engrave the wax paper and print it carefully. Although the newspaper took almost all of my spare time, I was very happy because the tabloids with Mo Xiang inspired students, second, I can read the professional education newspaper of the education counseling station as much as possible. Those books and reports that may be useless on the education and counseling site are very valuable resources for me to teach and learn. Later, because I was about to study, my newspaper was suspended. However, I could still read the professional book reports of the education and counseling station at any time. The "Privilege" I enjoyed had been changed to the education and counseling station.
In the two years of my out-of-band study, I have read more books and periodicals through the excellent reading conditions of colleges and universities. In addition to Chinese majors, education and Chinese teaching books and periodicals, he is also involved in aesthetics, history, philosophy, culture, cultural history, education history, and other fields. Reading guides me to review Chinese education at a higher level and from a newer perspective. It not only solves some puzzles accumulated in Chinese education practices, but also gives me a new understanding of the laws of Chinese learning, we also have independent thoughts on Chinese education. I realized that my teaching defect was: Ignoring a very important factor-the students' learning activities and language mind. As a result, I began to outline my future blueprint for Chinese language education.
3. close-to-dream scenarios
After my study ended in 1999, I went back to modem farm Middle School.
At that time, the country was accelerating the implementation of the "pujiu" project. junior high school students were increasing year by year, but their scores were becoming increasingly uneven. junior high school education that had been accustomed to the "elite education" model was facing unprecedented challenges, chinese language education in junior high school faces many new crises. In the face of the new situation, combined with my thoughts, I have moved the focus of Chinese teaching from teaching materials and teachers to learning subjects-students, the focus of teaching is to focus on students' "Learning Activities" and "language mind ". Therefore, the "habits", "Foundation", and "capabilities" of Chinese learning are integrated to re-build Chinese education that meets the needs of junior high school in rural areas. From October 1999 to October 2006, I was the head of the Chinese teaching and research team. I seem to be able to touch my Chinese education dream.
Later, I entered the school's administrative position, and I had been in two classes of Chinese, insisting that I should not leave myself out of Chinese education practices. In 2007, I began to use blogs and QQ space on the Internet to communicate with education peers and met many Chinese language education practitioners. In my communication with everyone, I deeply reflected on my own education and teaching, constantly denying and affirming myself, and accumulating my thoughts on Chinese teaching and education. In 2009, I designed the "rural junior high school Chinese habit formation, solid foundation, and internalization Ability Integration Teaching" project as a research topic of basic education in Guizhou province.
After several years of experiments, the effectiveness of Chinese teaching has been significantly improved. Now, the use of conventional homework and Study Notes is becoming more and more scientific and standardized, basically replacing traditional Chinese homework. The cultivation of Chinese learning habits has formed consensus among all Chinese teachers, and the degree of professionalism of Chinese teachers is getting higher and higher. When students change, their Chinese learning habits are better, their foundations are more solid, their Chinese learning achievements are richer, their comprehensive Chinese abilities are stronger, and their learning autonomy is higher, the text of some students has changed to lead words, sounds, pictures, and even moved to the stage. A lot of space for Chinese learning has changed into happy reading and creative writing for children. In terms of performance, the score of the Chinese senior high school entrance exam is significantly improved. Mochang middle school is the most effective school for rural middle school entrance exams in Dafang County. In recent years, the scores of the Chinese Language Senior High School Entrance exams have ranked the top among similar schools in the county. I have also continuously published educational and teaching papers or won awards, and received awards for the achievements in education and scientific research, such as the "Study Report on the formation of Chinese habits, consolidation of the Foundation, and integration of internalization capabilities in rural junior high schools, in education and teaching, mature and stable features and styles are gradually formed, not just as a simple scholar. These changes and achievements constantly strengthen my Chinese education dream.
However, the closer you get to your dream, the more you find that your teaching is still rough and superficial. In many aspects, you still need to study more deeply to get closer to my mind, the ideal of Chinese education for learning to change to life. Specifically, we also need to rely on the Internet to build a platform for Displaying Students' Learning achievements. We also need to develop ideas and explore ways to promote the diversification and personalization of students' learning achievements in the context of "network learning space accessible to all; it is also necessary to study the "language" of the text in a more in-depth and systematic way in reading teaching; it is also necessary to design the Chinese training activities to be more lively ...... In short, we should try our best to make Chinese learning a Happy Chinese life for children. Only when the children are truly happy in Chinese learning, we are happy Chinese teachers.
The recent dream is even worse. I can feel the light of my dream and feel more reverence for Chinese education.
