I am also a small seller, and I have once done a seller with a 0 beginning. I know the difficulties of a small seller.

1. Insufficient credit! -- This is the key!
Without good credit, who dares to buy things with you? In the same way, if you are a buyer, a large seller with a credit of 3000, selling a silver necklace of 200 yuan, and a small seller with a credit of 3, selling a silver necklace of 50 yuan. Their brand, size, and introduction are all about the same product. So I would like to ask, if it is you, who do you dare to buy? Who will you buy? If it is me, of course I select a large seller! Although I am more expensive than others, a whole 150 yuan! But I bought it with peace of mind!
Someone may ask, why is it so expensive that he still buys it? The reason is very simple. People are big sellers, and they have thousands of high praise. What about you? Which of the following are my explanations? If you buy something online, you can buy a seller with a reputation, a quality seller with no credibility. This product will never work well! Remember?
Personal suggestion: you can find a few things that are cheaper (or something you are idle about) to start shooting for one dollar and gradually accumulate your credit. Nothing can rush for success. 2. Recommended bit problem! -- Display the key of the product!
Many buyers have found that why do they always see commodity recommendations from large sellers while searching, while the relative proportion of small sellers is relatively small? This is a problem with the Recommendation bit. If you buy a recommendation site, you can better understand your product and increase the product browsing rate, thus increasing the transaction rate. Some small buyers may feel that their products are good and they will naturally come to the customer. Wrong! Only when you buy a good recommendation space can more people come to see your product. 3. Price problems-the key to price!
A good price will certainly attract more customers and people! To do sales, you must first understand the sales skills. For example, if you sell 100 RMB for the same product and credit, and the other party sells 98 RMB for the same product, who would you like to buy? From the buyer's point of view, the buyer will certainly buy 98 yuan! Why? It's very easy. The difference is 2 RMB! Sometimes, 2 RMB can bring you a larger profit margin! They all end with 8 or 9, and few of them are integers! Because I firmly believe that the difference of 2 yuan can bring you more profit space !!!
Personal Opinion: Please drop the price of the integer in your store by 2 yuan! Believe me, believe in yourself! The profit margin of RMB 2 is always much larger than the profit margin of an integer!

4. Image Design-sales focus
Many small buyers asked: "My stuff is obviously very good, the price is fair, or even very cheap. Why don't I buy it? Have you seen your own images? Have you designed a good image? Or is it just a hasty solution to the image? Such a small seller should have a good reflection! You need to know that the picture is not just a picture. She is the window of your product and directly faces the items you sell. Online shopping is actually a pure difference. The images you see are not very good, but they are very beautiful. Clearly, the pictures look pretty, and what you get is much worse than the pictures! (One of my bad reviews is like this.) Maybe it's because I made the picture so beautiful or why? Personal suggestion: eBay image processing is not recommended. The effect of processing is not flattering! If you don't know about ptotoshop, go and learn it! I also learned it for my Ebay! 5. product category and Product Introduction
A good classification indicates whether more buyers are interested in your products. Some buyers think that it would be better for me to classify the items I sell into other categories. Will more people look at them?
Wrong! A big mistake! If you do this, it will only cause no one to read it! Because this will become the way people who want to buy can't buy it, and those who don't want to buy it will naturally not want to see it! If someone wants to search for a product, it will not be able to search for your product. On the other hand, people who don't want to buy the product will see your product and check the title to find that it is not what they need. Of course, they won't go into your product. Personal suggestion: do not confuse the categories of things. The introduction should be detailed as much as possible. Don't let people think that zookeeper understands it, but they lose their desire to purchase. It is best to clearly write the product name and price. If there is a size, you should write the size, size, specification and so on. The important thing is, don't forget to write your postage! Don't mix water and fish, wait for the buyer to take a picture before you tell people "20 pieces of Ping mail", "30 pieces of express delivery", and "50 pieces of EMS". If so, I will also faint ~

6. Answer questions-increase in the potential purchase rate

7. Contact the buyer-Key to the deal
Contacting the buyer is a key process after the deal. Active and timely contact with buyers indicates whether your transactions can be completed quickly. 8. After-sales service-Relationship between buyers
It's no longer the end of selling. Have you contacted the buyer after delivery? You asked them, "Have you received your product ?" I think few sellers can do this. But at least I have done it! Online shopping is not a face-to-face transaction. It should be better to contact the buyer to see if the time is too long. I should send a letter to ask if something has been received? Are you satisfied? Are there any quality problems? In this way, it can prevent buyers from giving negative feedback. You can understand the buyer's status after receiving the goods at the first time, as well as the buyer's feelings. The buyer will think that your after-sales service is truly home, and you will also buy your stuff in the future.
