Right-click D disk, properties, security, Advanced, add, enter created account name, select: Only the folder, tick: Read permission (last third), point OK.

3. Configure the user to boot in the system service;
In the run input services.msc enter the service panel, find the MySQL service point right key properties, point landing, landing identity to your new MySQL user login input:. \ account name, enter the password, click OK and then apply the restart MySQL service.
