Right-click "Export" to do a backup, then select command "Permissions", select "Advanced", "owner" to change the owner to the current user, and then add the current user in "Permissions", and give "Full Control" permissions, save the Exit Permissions tab.
Delete the "Delegateexecute" item in the right pane, and then double-click the remaining (default) item (the English version should be "(default)") and the following code "Explorer.exe:: { 20d04fe0-3aea-1069-a2d8-08002b30309d} "fill it in.
Setup is complete without restarting, and pressing the WIN+E key will open the explorer directly.
