CET-4 and CET-6 exams have passed, many students have only found that "the book did not read", there is no way, the hope is pinned next year. Let's take a year to prepare for the job. A slacker in my belly? Words back and forget, forget and back, no grasp of scientific memory methods, can only be less!
Ebbinghaus memory is a recognized and scientific method of word learning. It is based on the study of human forgetfulness by psychologist Ebbinghaus Sch Herman, we are required to review on time after the first memory, in the prescribed 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 12 hours, 1th days, 2nd days, 4th days, 7th days and 15th days, in order to form a solid life-long memory. However, this also brings a problem, how to manage this timetable? Write and draw on the calendar? Figure out the date in the book? A big piece of paper to recite the timetable? WPS form (hereinafter referred to as ET) automatically generate review plan it, it has a countdown to the test, can be automatically calculated after the initial memory of each review of the date, and prompts you to review which parts every day, the effect of magic (the following figure).
One, Countdown device
Create a new ET document and save it as "back word. et". In A1, B1, C1 as shown in Figure 1 input text, let A3 automatically display today's date, enter "=today ()" can be. Next year CET is June 20, in B3 "2009-6-20" input. Next, in cell C2, let et figure out how many days away from the exam today, enter "=b3-a3" and then right-click C3 cell, set the type to "integer" in cell format (Figure 3), the decimal bit is "0", and the point "OK" format appears normal.
Second, automatic generation review Program
As for the source of the word, we all have their own manuals or online data, we take old Yu's "level Four Little Red Book" as an example, the book a total of 35 units. Enter "1" in cell A6, enter "2" in cell A7, and select A6 and A7 and pull down with the fill handle in the lower right corner of the mouse point until "35" is marked.
Enter "First Memory" in B5. If you plan to drill two units a day, you can enter the first day's date in B6 and B7, such as "2008-6-22."
The next step is to remember that et automatically calculates the date for each unit's expected initial memory. Enter "B6+1" in the B8, enter "B7+1" in the B9, select B8 and B9, and drag the fill handle down to B40 (that is, Unit 35th).
Simply enter "=b6+1" in cell C6, enter "5th review" in the D5 cell, enter "=b6+2" in the D6 cell, enter "6th memory" in the E5 cell, enter "E6" in the B6+4 cell, and so on. Finally select C6 to G6, drag down to C40, you can get a complete study plan.
Third, the Reminder review task
Do you go to the form to find the same day review task? Too much trouble! Let et come from the tips!
Right-click the header row "D", select the entire D column, select "Insert" and have a new column "D". Enter "Today's task" in D5, and enter "=if (C6=today ()," Review Today, "") "in D6 (excluding the outside quotation marks, all English characters and punctuation in the formula are half-width symbols). If is the judgment function, meaning that if the date of the C6 is the same as today's date (provided by the day function), the "Review Today" is displayed, and if not, the cell is not displayed. "Review Today" can be replaced by any words you like. Next, drag the solid squares to the C40 and add the "Today task" after each memory. So you can see today's mission when you open et every day.
What if the first memory didn't follow the plan if there was a party today? You only need to enter the actual primary memory time into column B. For example, the 7th unit is not in accordance with the plan of the first memory on June 25, 2008, but on the June 27 study, then in the B12 input "2008-6-27", et will automatically modify the time of each memory, then the unit will naturally be postponed.
Although already is "the gentleman good false in the thing also", but whether can complete the heavy task of the word memory, the key still depends on your perseverance. Come on, all the comrades who make plans! If you have any questions, please feel free to paste.
