Seven steps for creating a Mind Map

I recently read "Mind Map brain user manual". The following describes seven steps for creating mind maps.

1. Draw from the center of a blank sheet of white paper, leaving blank surrounding.Why?

Because starting from the center, your thinking can be freely dispersed in all directions, and you can express yourself more freely and naturally.

 

2. Use an image or image to express your central thoughts.Why?

Because a painting is equivalent to 1000 words, it can help you use your imagination. The more interesting the pictures are, the more energetic and excited you are!

 

3. Use color during painting.Why?

Because color and image make your brain excited. Color can increase the leap and vitality of your mind map, and increase the energy of your creative thinking. Moreover, it is very interesting!

 

4. Connect the central image with the main branch, connect the main branch with the secondary branch, connect the third branch with the secondary branch, and so on.Why?

Because, as you know, your brain is thinking through association. If you connect a branch, you can easily understand and remember many things. Connect the Main Branches and create the basic structure of your thinking. This is very similar to the shape of big trees in nature. Branches are produced from the trunk and are in all directions. If there is a break between the main and main branches of a big tree, or between the main branches and smaller branches and the branch ends, then it will become a problem! If your mind map is not connected, everything will crash. Connect!

 

5. Bend the branches of the Mind Map rather than a straight line.Why?

Because your brain will get bored with straight lines. Curves and branches are like the branches of a big tree, attracting your attention.

 

6. Use a keyword on each line.Why?

Because a single word makes mind map more powerful and flexible. Every word and image is like a parent, and a series of "Child generations" related to itself are created ". When you use a single keyword, every word is more free, so it is more conducive to the emergence of new ideas. Phrases and sentences can easily eliminate this spark. A mind map indicating keywords is like a hand with flexible joints. A mind map filled with phrases or sentences is like a hand that is fixed on a stiff wooden board!

 

7. Use images from the beginning to the end.Why?

Because every graph is like a central graph, it is equivalent to 1000 words. Therefore, if your mind map has only 10 images, it is equivalent to taking 10000 words of notes.
