The survey, led by Oxford Economics, covers senior managers in business and technology around the world, and the research direction includes application strategies and their impact on business performance. The findings clearly show that businesses are rapidly accepting the application economy, and that acceptance is accelerating. Other key findings in the survey include:

2. Extracting value from your data

Respondents said they were familiar with direct user-oriented marketing "with 59% saying they were very efficient or efficient". However, only very few respondents "22%" can determine all the details, such as how to track user preferences.

3. Learn from social media

Social media has become the key to interacting with users and business partners. More than 40% of respondents said that in the new market environment, this has become a necessary skill. The key point to keep in mind is that these tools are not only a new way of releasing information, but also an important way of mastering intelligence.

4. Proactively protect data

You need to know what should be protected. In the process of user participation, the protection of user data is the basis. Businesses need to invest more in their budgets and deploy new tools to do the job. 60% of respondents said they had invested more to protect user data. Survey Methodology: In March 2015, Oxford Economics and CA Technologies surveyed 200 senior managers in business and it, who understood and were responsible for their company's advanced software strategy.
