Generally, the channel setting range of the wireless network adapter is 1-11, while that of the wireless router is 1-13. If the channel of the wireless router is set to 12 or 13, the wireless network card cannot connect to the network.

Go to the wireless router's Web configuration interface, choose Wireless Settings> wireless channels to select any frequency band from 1 to 11, so that the wireless network card can be connected to the wireless network. 5. the wireless network card of the notebook is too old.

Some old laptop users may only support the IEEE 802.11b standard and WEP encryption protocols because their network adapters are too old. However, they do not support mainstream WPA and WPA2 encryption protocols. If such a wireless network adapter is used, although WPA or WPA2-encrypted wireless networks can be found in the wireless network list, these wireless networks cannot be connected, because your wireless network adapter does not support the latest encryption protocol, the built-in wireless network adapter is often blocked by the encryption protocol and cannot connect to the network.
