The specific location is as follows:
Neighborhood committee: issues a proof of record for a rental house. It will not be issued to you after you regularly confirm that you actually live there. And then stamp it (maybe not in the same place). The materials need the ID card and Real Estate Certificate of both parties.
Tax Review: to verify the rental contract, you need the Record Filing certificate from the previous step, the original and photocopy of the real estate certificate, a copy of the ID card of both parties, and then fill in a form to pay taxes. The tax for the one-year lease period is: the monthly rent is * 12*0.025. You need to use cash and then get a tax receipt.
Town Community Service Center: The above materials + Social Security list + copy of the labor contract + copy of both sides of the ID card + copy of the real estate license, and then you will get a receipt, just get a residence permit in a month
About residence permit renewal:
The existing residence permit is renewed once a year. During the validity period of the lease record (in fact, within the tax cycle), you can go directly to the town community service center. After the validity period expires, You need to repeat all the procedures above.
Conclusion:
1. the house rent should be as small as possible. Even if you sign a fake contract, the money in this province will be a waste of money.
2. The contract time should be signed as long as possible (mainly to pay taxes). In this way, you only need to fill out an application form by yourself when saving the landlord every year.
