For example, when doing cloud platform products, the user attaches most importance to product features, product architecture, ease of use, security, and so on, rather than gorgeous UI, comfortable tone. This scene, love users, is to give users a set of the simplest framework, so that users efficiently and successfully complete the task, not to be hindered by our products. Trust

This may be a point that is occasionally overlooked. The designer designs the product, hoped that the user likes this product, also should let the user trust this product.

Let's give an example of open platform products. Developers will experience a complex set of processes (relative to the average user's product) when accessing the company's open platform and using various services on the open platform. Most of the time, the process will have key steps that will allow users to face a more serious choice. For example, delete an important file, update an important content block, and so on. When users make these choices, they are confused, worried, and unsure of the outcome of the operation. Of course, the first to have the famous "forgiveness" design, so that users can go back, you can make mistakes. However, to the previous step, we should not let the user error, should give users the absolute trust, so that users do not worry about the operation of the various key operations. Designers in the framework of the time, it should be unified concept of the whole system of message prompts, confirm information and other details to prevent users from making mistakes. More importantly, in the product has not been given to the user, our designers should cooperate with product managers, development, check products, experience products may occur loopholes or tangled parts, to help users experience, reduce the user's annoyance after use.

Sincere

This is perhaps the hardest point. If let me think of some products, I can think of the most beautiful one product, I can think of the simplest of a product, I can think of the most enjoyable one product, but I am very difficult to think of a most sincere product.

I think of an example that may be true to the character: when Baidu search, if the search for sensitive words, the results page Baidu will show "The search results are limited can not fully show" such news. I feel quite sincere.

There are also some problems in the work that are relevant to sincerity. For example, the design of the Application Center, on the one hand, we serve the users, we hope that users can use the Web page happily, to find a fun application; On the one hand, we serve advertisers, hope advertisers can successfully promote their products, attract more users click. All designers know that it is a conflict of interest to support both groups in the process of designing such products. We designers in the grasp of balance, but also should think, what is a sincere design that can be communicated to the ordinary user this message: "We hope you have a good time on this page, but also want you to look at the ads"; and send the message to The Advertiser.
