Open the User Information table that you created earlier

For User1 users, we configure the list to have new, modify, view permissions, User2 users have new, modify, view, and delete permissions, User3 users only have Read permission.

First, we need to create three SharePoint groups, and the three group names and roles are as follows:

1. Create a permission level . Click the settings icon at the top right, click Site Settings (Website settings)

Click Site Permissions (website permissions)

Click permission level (Permission levels)

Click Add Permission level (add a Permission levels)

Fill in the name and tick the option selected on the way.

Click Createto complete the creation.

The next two groups,

Data editing (with delete), multiple tick delete items (delete items), create.

View only , tick as option, create.

2. Create a SharePoint group and apply each of the three groups to their respective permission levels.

Click the settings icon at the top right, click Site Settings (Website settings)

Click Site permissions (website permissions)

Click Create Group,

Fill in the name, tick edit (without deletion), click Create

3. Add the user to the corresponding group . Click Add (New)-Add user (add users)

Enter User1, click Share (Share)

The other two SharePoint permission groups are the same method.

The next step is to apply the permissions of the three groups to the User Information table list we created earlier.

List Settings, locate the permissions for the list (permissionfor the),

Go to the List Permissions page configuration, click Stop integration Permissions (stop inheriting Permission),

Put it

Delete all other user groups, leaving only the three user groups we just created.

Finally, we have to verify the three users, the corresponding permissions, whether it is consistent with our requirements.

First login with User1, and then enter the list userinfo, we found that the user User1 to the list of data, with new, edit, view permissions, no delete operation.

We re-user2 login, we found that the user on the data, with new, edit, view, delete permissions.

Then change User3 look under, User3, only to the data, has the view permission.
