Many people are clamoring for entrepreneurship all day, and there are a lot of explanations on the Internet, but it makes a lot of entrepreneurs unable to get started, because they really don't know about entrepreneurship, and there are even a lot of unknown feelings: face, dare not, feel high-end, innovation ......
In reality, some people think that entrepreneurship is what they do. Some people think that starting a business is too high.
From the perspective of objectivity and others' opinions, in my cognition, except what we have mentioned above, no matter how we define it, we can't do without the following words:
1. Start a business simply cannot do without "solving users' pain points and satisfying users' needs" to sell products, services, and advertisements!
2. There are several types of high-end transactions: C2C (consumer and consumer), B2C (merchant and consumer), and B2B (merchant and merchant.
3. Further scale is indispensable: complicated things are simplified, simple things are systematic, the system is streamlined, and the process is scaled.

Some people say that experience, knowledge, team, money, resources, and so on have not accumulated enough! Without scientific analysis, you can define the world in disorder.
Isn't life an unknown thing, or a struggle. There can only be one goal. If you do not need to take the initiative to learn, you need to take the initiative to find and accumulate. You cannot plan far and cannot think about perfection.
At the same time, in fact, no one is omnipotent and has limited energy, so you must learn to use your power at any time! No big enterprise is the president of the Prophet, so you have to try and make mistakes for start-ups. Let's draw a pie for Entrepreneurship: we want to sell products and start a business, and we want to create a great company in the future. However, the team, money, and resources are useless. How can we do this?
1. If we have no money, we should make money first; if we do not have basic business knowledge, we should learn by ourselves; if there are no people looking for people, there are many online people with resources, and there are many people with ideas without resources, searching is more valuable than searching. Complete the basic architecture!
2. Pilot operation, continuous reflection, continuous professional learning, and continuous improvement!
3. reintegrate resources! Start the system, process, scale, and maturity.

This is to be bigger. If you only want to make more money, there are actually three points: 1. Learning the money-making skills 2. Integrating the resources around you 3. Just do it. If it is omitted, the first point is not required, as long as you do not care about any issues, integrate the resources and capabilities around you, and do it boldly. The more you do, the less you do.
For start-ups, some people place too much emphasis on experience, which is false. Some experience is good, and some experience is pure. I will give two counterpoints: 1. How many years can we survive if you like experience, Chinese culture for thousands of years, and do not want to learn? In many cases, many experiences are useless. 2. In addition, who can tell me why traditional enterprises have been turned over by the Internet for decades?
Social changes are too fast. Active Learning is more practical than passive management. Solving experience problems is actually very simple: 1. Learning, not learning. 2. I will not go to the meeting person. Entrepreneurship has autonomy, not so many constraints.
Of course, it is necessary to find a job, because it takes a lot of time to train a person because someone else wants us to provide him with value directly!

For professional teams, the company represents a greater trust that should be useful to enterprises, especially for future development. However, for those who only want to make some money, they will not be able to be informed, especially those who have no direction. Many people actually do not have practical significance only for the sake of face. It is too easy to start a company now, you can lie to the older generation of people in your hometown and learn about the market.
