What is snap?
S. N. a.p is short for simple NX Application Programming (simple NX application programming. Is an application programming interface (API), and allows users to expand and customize NX. Applications written by him can greatly reduce monotonous and repetitive work, improve efficiency, and capture important information in the design process in a timely manner.
NX already has other APIs, including nxopen, grip, and Knowledge Fusion (kf). Users may ask why other APIs are needed. The cause has not been updated with grip and is outdated. Nxopen and KF are powerful but complex and difficult to use. However, snap does not matter even if users only have little or no experience. Because snap is mainly used to facilitate beginners of NX to quickly learn and master programming. Its main purpose is to be simple and easy to learn. Beginners can write applications without having to spend a long time learning and preparation to improve work efficiency. In addition, because snap and nxopen are closely related, it is easy to master nxopen after snap.
The user may notice that snap and GRIO sound very similar. This is not a coincidence. Although snap is based on new R & D and grip is fundamentally different, it is similar in nature and purpose to grip.
