Recently released Tools Microsoft®expression®encoder help you enhance and publish a rich media experience that can be rendered using Microsoft Silverlighttm and help you encode it. Expression Encoder has an extensible plug-in architecture that allows you to write Plug-ins that allow you to publish Expression encoder output to different sources.
In this article, I'll step through the steps to build the Expression Encoder plug-in using Microsoft Visual studio®2008 Beta 2. This plug-in is suitable for standard workflows that Expression encoder sessions and uploads the resulting output to an FTP server at the end of an encoding session.
