When we encounter certain pages of Excel or Word tables that are very long, using header sharing can make the input much easier.
1. Shared table headers in Excel:
Method One, enter the same header in the table of different pages. Just stay in the current SHEET1 and click SHEET2 while holding down the CTRL key, then two tables are selected at the same time, you enter in the current SHEET1, and then return when you are finished. You can see SHEET1 and SHEET2 's head is the same.
Method Two, although you do not need to enter, but when you print the output, the headers of different pages are the same. Click "Page Setup" under the File menu, and switch to the tool table at the top of the "print title" header row Select the list of headers you want to share.
2, Word share the table header:
Select the title you want to share, and then click "Table" on the menu and check "header row repeat" to achieve it.
