Simply use PS to replace colors to change the background color of the picture

1. Open the Picture:

2. We're going to replace the blue color of the picture with purple, select command: Image-adjust-replace colors, set as shown:

3. Select the Eyedropper tool below the selection, select the color to replace, click on the screen, under the Color tolerance, click the color immediately into white:

4. Found that not all of the blue are selected, in the eyedropper "Add to sample" continue to draw around the color, know to achieve what you need:

Adjust hue, saturation, lightness, you can change the color, so you can replace the color.
