Add Micro Customer service:
1, enter the Enterprise homepage, click on the right side of the homepage of the micro-customer service "management", that is, the corresponding editing window popup;
2, enter the "Customer service type name" in the editing window (customer service type name cannot exceed 12 characters or 6 Chinese characters), and select the online time, click "Add" to complete this type of customer service editing, after the completion of all customer service editing and click "Confirm" to save the operation results (can add up to 6 micro-customer service).
Edit/delete Micro customer service
1, enter the Enterprise homepage, click the "Management" of micro-customer service in the right sidebar of the homepage, that is, the corresponding editing window appears.
2: In the edit window, select the micro-service item that you want to edit/delete.
If you need to edit, click on this micro-customer service "pencil" icon can be done, edit finished click "Save", "Cancel" will revert to the pre-editing state;
If you need to delete, click on this micro-customer service "X" chart, such as Confirm deletion, click on "Confirm" in the popup dialog box to delete this micro-customer service, click "Cancel" to retain;
After editing, click the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the edit window to confirm the save and "cancel" to revert to the previous status.
