3. Select the formula on the left side of the Conditional Formatting dialog box, and enter "=mod (TRUNC (ROW ()-1)/5), 2 =1" in the right column (Figure 2):

Then click Format on the lower-right side, select the font in the Cell Formatting dialog box, and set the color you want in the color (Figure 3):

4, click Add in the Conditional Format dialog box, enter the formula "=mod" (TRUNC (ROW ()-1)/5), 2 =0 in Condition 2, and set another font color (Figure 4):

The formula is detailed: MoD is divisible, trunc is to the end of the rounding, row () is the number of rows. This example is set to every 5 rows, alternating between the two colors. You can change the number of rows and colors as you want, and the number of lines after the slash in the formula is 5, and the 2 after the comma is the number of colors.
