Software testing club Charter

I. Purpose

1. Create a communication platform for software testing technology;
2. Build up software testing elites and build the best organization in the software testing industry;
3. Promote and guide the development of software testing technology.

 

Ii. Organization

1. The club is headed by the Executive Committee of the Club (hereinafter referred to as the Executive Committee). The secretariat of the Executive Committee is responsible for implementation and coordination of daily work.
2. Club Executive Committee 5 ~ Seven executive committee members (the Executive Committee for short) are elected by all club members. The Executive Committee may have one rotating chairman and one rotating Vice Chairman. If you change your selections every six months or one year, the rotating vice-chairman cannot be elected again.
3. An election meeting is held every two years. The Executive Committee shall be valid after receiving the consent of more than 60% of the participants. The number of participants in the election meeting must exceed half of the total number of club members.
4. The Secretariat is designated by the Executive Committee and has one Secretary-General and two Deputy Secretaries-General. The Deputy Secretary-General may be the Executive Committee or other members of the club, but at least one is not the Executive Committee.
5. The club member must be a software testing management, technology, teaching, training and related work, experienced personnel apply for participation on a voluntary basis, fill in the registration form to apply to the club, and a club member recommends. More than half of the club's law enforcement committees agree.
6. Members can freely apply to withdraw from the club without the consent of the Executive Board.
7. If a member does not participate in activities for a long time or suffers from negative behaviors such as the club's image and interests, the member may be removed from the List by more than half of the Board.
8. According to work requirements, with the consent of more than half of the Law Enforcement committees, the club may employ Honorary Presidents and consultants.

 

Iii. values and activities

1. Develop software testing standards and promote software testing standardization, internationalization, and scale.
2. It serves as a bridge between enterprises, universities, and training institutions related to software testing.
3. As a communication platform, we host "software testing" professional technical salons and seminars to improve members' horizons and technical skills.
4. As a private organization in the professional field, it can get the attention of relevant enterprises and learn about new technologies and new products in a timely manner, including more opportunities to participate in product presentation.
5. Provide consultation for Software Testing enterprises and training institutions.
6. Other casual and entertaining parties.

 

Iv. Daily Operation

1. The club is a non-profit organization that does not pursue any economic benefits, but focuses on social impact and contributions to the industry.
2. The club's funds are raised by the club's Executive Committee and all members are informed.
3. Routine activities are organized by the secretariat of the Executive Committee to notify everyone to participate.
4. The important matters can be implemented only after the approval of the Executive Committee. The finance department's reasons are handled by the secretariat and signed by the rotating Vice-Chairman.
5. The club holds a meeting (annual meeting) each year. The meeting time is determined by the Executive Committee. All members can attend the meeting. The rotating Vice-Chairman serves as the convener of the meeting.
6. If there is a clear subject that needs to be discussed, the two law enforcement committees propose that, with the consent of more than half of the Law Enforcement committees, they can hold meetings attended by all club members at any time.
7. Accepting donations from enterprises, including long-term donations or donations to individual activities (Technical salons and seminars), can be appropriately promoted on the club website, however, we must always maintain the fairness of our stance and the objectivity of our technology, and seek truth from facts without compromising the club image.
8. The club can hold consultations, training and other activities to hold national or regional academic conferences.
9. The club establishes websites and official blogs as the main channel for activity notifications, reports, and exchanges.
10. If the club is dissolved, all the remaining funds will be donated to the charity foundation.

 

5. Member Obligations and Rights

1. Members must abide by the club regulations.
2. Members must maintain the Club Image and other interests.
3. Members are law-abiding and love the software testing industry.
4. Members have the right to elect and be elected.
5. Members actively participate in club activities.
6. Any activity of the club will inform members in some way.
7. Members have the right to supervise the activities of the club's Law Enforcement Committee in the club.
8. Members do not need to pay membership dues, but can donate voluntarily.

 

6. other matters not involved may be decided by the Executive Committee.
