Solution for the server to fail to recognize the value of the HTTP header soapaction

Recently, the Service reported an error: the server failed to identify the value of the HTTP header soapaction and found a half-day solution on the Internet, as shown in the following address,

However, it still does not work. After a reminder from my colleagues, if you modify the name of the Service namespace, the above method will not work,

Solution 1: the service provider changes the old WebService (namespace = "***")] Back.

Solution 2: the service requestor updates the application service again.
