What the hell is Atieclxx.exe?
Atieclxx.exe is the ATI graphics card catalyst of a program, it is only the auxiliary role, so that ATI graphics card better performance, not the driver.
There are a lot of graphics cards are not ATI friends, after the installation of Windows 7 blue screen, may also be caused by Atieclxx.exe.
(I use the ATI graphics card, installed Windows 7 does not have a blue screen, so I am not sure)
If you just finished installing the Windows 7 system on the blue screen, you might as well turn off the Atieclxx.exe program
Close the ATI External Event utility component to solve the blue screen problem
Action steps are as follows:
-Boot the system in Safe mode
-Access to the Management System Services menu
-Find the ATI External Event Utility Service project
-Right click to select "Properties"
-Change the Startup type to Disabled (Disabled)
-Application, click "OK"
-Reboot Machine
