Solution to failure to obtain IP addresses through virtual machine bridging (network connection restricted)

Today, I got an XP Virtual Machine. If the network is set to the bridge mode, I cannot get the IP address and the network connection is limited. After several tests, I finally solved the problem and shared it with you.
Virtual Machine environment: VMware®Workstation 8.0.1 build-528992
Installed Virtual Machine: windows xp the system was previously installed using VMware6.0, and everything was normal at that time.

Problem: Copy all xp files under 6.0 and open them on 8.0. The system is normal, but there is an old problem with the Virtual Machine network. The IP address cannot be obtained in bridging mode. The following is the solution process:
1. Check the software installed in the control panel. One NIC driver is the inter NIC driver. We suspect this driver is a problem. We all know that the NIC of the VM uses the vmware driver, therefore, uninstall the driver and reinstall it using 8.0 vmtools. The fault persists.
2. It is suspected that it is the cause of the windows system service. For example, if dhcp is not started, the system service of xp is downloaded online for batch recovery. The fault persists after restart.
3. If the NAT mode is used, the IP address can be automatically obtained, indicating where the bridge is set incorrectly. Check that all services related to the host machine virtual machine are enabled and run properly.

4. I suspect that the driver is a problem, because when I used a green virtual machine, there was a situation where I was not connected to the Internet using a bridge connection, but I considered my own installation version. This problem does not exist. No.
5. Check the virtual network configuration of VMware and find a nic "microserof virtual wifi miniport adapter" in it. Test to change the bridging Nic from automatic to my wireless Nic, the result is that the bridge network is normal.

6. After searching, we found that the microserof virtual wifi miniport adapter Nic is a virtual Wifi function in Windows 7. You can create a virtual NIC based on a real wireless Nic to implement the AP function of the wireless router.
In general, we will not use it. It is okay to use the command to turn it off. Netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode = disallow

Then we will change the bridge to automatic, so that no matter whether you use a wired or wireless virtual machine, it will automatically bridge you to the network .....
