When I connect a Mac Pro to a monitor through an HDMI-> DVI adapter, The WI-FI network in use is immediately unavailable, and the network is reconnected, but after the HDMI connection is disconnected, WI-FI immediately recovered to normal.
I found it online in Apple's China support community, including asking about Apple's technical support, but I was not answered. Later, in Apple's U.S. support community, this problem is also encountered and a solution is provided.
Solution:
1. Connect to the management interface to log on to wireless routing, such as the Management Portal of the TP-LINK is http: // 192.168.1.253
2. Modify the Wireless Parameters and change the default channel setting "Auto" to "N". For N, set 1 ~ The value of 13. You have to try it on your own. For example, Ben from the US support community sets the channel to 8 when using iMac connection, 6 when using Mac Pro connection, and 1 when using Mac Pro connection.
At present, it is estimated that the HDMI signal and WI-FI signal may conflict or interfere, the specific reason also needs apple to give an accurate answer.
